THE PROCESS:
Consultation: We will get to know each other, understand your needs and wants, take measurements and discuss an approximate time frame for your project(s). Upon approval, we will schedule a time to get started!

Work Sessions: Depending on the size of the project and everyone’s availability, it may take several sessions to complete a project. Simply Organized at Home will ensure the project areas are orderly and functional in between work sessions. 

Sorting and Purging: First things first, we will help you pull all your items out, group them together, and review what you would like to purge. You are the decision maker and there will be no pressure to discard things that you still want to keep.

Organizing: Once the keepers are determined, we will create systematic storage solutions for your items. We can use storage containers that you already have or we can shop for new containers and create a custom new look (shopping fee applies, and all new items must be client approved and then billed for reimbursement.)

Maintenance: At the end of our project, we will spend time discussing best practices to keep your spaces simplified and organized.

FEES AND RATES
In-Home Consultation: Complimentary! Our organizers will meet you at your home for a free 30-minute consultation to discussion your needs, goals and style.

In-Home Organizing Sessions:
Our rate is $55 per hour, per professional organizer, with a minimum of two organizers. In the event of a large, multi-room project, custom pricing can be discussed. Payment is due at the end of each session.

Services included in session rate (at no extra charge):
• 1 Carload of donation drop-offs per session
• Organizing products research and recommendations (if applicable)
• Organizing products shopping and returns 

Payment:
Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, Zelle and Venmo. Payment for the hours worked will be collected at the end of each session.

Product Reimbursement:
If you would like to make over a space with new storage items, containers, bins, canisters, hangers and so on, we would be happy to conduct all the shopping to get items that suit your needs and the space. We source items from Target; The Container Store; Walmart; Amazon; Bed, Bath and Beyond, and more. All items are subject to client approval and will be billed for reimbursement at retail cost.

Cancellations: Proper consideration regarding cancellations and appointment changes is expected. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment time are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of scheduled work.

Donations: One carload of donation drop-offs per session can be provided by Simply Organized at Home at no additional charge. Additionally, we are happy to make recommendations for large item pick-ups, trash removal or shredding services (customer is responsible for any removal fees). 

Final Notes: As we help you make decisions about what items you want to discard, the final decision will be yours. We will not throw away or donate anything without your permission. You are responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the discarding or destroying of any records or personal effects. When in doubt, please consult your attorney, financial advisor, or CPA.
